What you'll do
You'll own and continuously improve our hiring process from start to finish. From crafting compelling job descriptions to making offers and onboarding new team members, you'll ensure a fast, smooth, and candidate-friendly experience.
You'll actively source talent to help hiring managers find great talent fast.
You'll own all PeopleOps processes and support team members throughout their employee lifecycle.
You'll support team leads with performance reviews and career progression, making our current career and performance framework even better by maintaining a transparent, fair, meaningful, yet lightweight system.
Requirements

You know how to attract and hire great people quickly. From crafting outstanding job ads to extending offers, you've done it all while keeping things organized and inclusive and maintaining standards at a pace.
You take a proactive approach to sourcing. You don't wait for the extraordinary talent to apply; you find them. You're comfortable with outreach and can reach the right people with a message that gets through.
You're great at helping people and the organization grow and improve. You've supported or designed career progression frameworks, guided leads through reviews, and helped make feedback more actionable and consistent.
You foster team culture grounded by our core values. You know how to build genuine connections in remote teams through initiatives that people enjoy. You help internal communication feel human, not HR-ish.
How we work
We're looking for team members in the UTC+0 to UTC+2 time zones to help us collaborate better.
If you're located outside this time zone range and want to move to the company's official headquarters in Austria, we'll handle the work permit process and cover travel expenses.
If you prefer to work outside your home, we offer a physical location in Vienna and co-working stipends in other cities.
We love working async. You can set your own pace and schedule.

Our 4-step hiring process, in a nutshell

Next is the technical interview to show your skills to the hiring manager.
Lastly, you'll meet your potential future peers for a laid-back conversation.
