Who we seek:
BigID is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement. You’ll work alongside a dynamic People team to support projects that enhance our employee experience and company culture.
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about Human Resources and eager to learn about how People teams make an impact in a growing, global company.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with the onboarding process, helping to create a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning events, recognition programs, and wellness activities
- Assist in drafting and updating internal communications, such as company announcements, newsletters, and holiday calendars
- Conduct research to support People policies, programs, and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to learn the role of HR
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team, including document management, reporting, and special projects
What you’ll bring:
- Interest in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (currently pursuing a degree preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
- Be approachable, with excellent people interaction and customer service skills

This is a 10-week paid internship starting on June 4th and ending on August 8th, working up to 35 hours per week. Hourly pay for this role is $20/hr.
