Our goal is to deliver relevant, actionable insights to our stakeholders and this role will work to accomplish this across the whole data pipeline: covering everything from ETL to building dashboards to sharing synthesized, easily-digestible insights that drive real impact. Your mission is to transform data into compelling narratives that inform strategic decisions, driving organizational health and development.

Who you are:

  • You’re a storyteller. You’re able to synthesize complex data into simple, actionable insights that resonate with our stakeholders.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in the people analytics space

Some things you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships with our stakeholders, understand their needs, and use that to inform our people analytics roadmap.

  • Build the necessary data pipeline to extract data from our systems of record and deploy it in automated, easily-accessible ways (e.g., Tableau)

  • Partner with the People Leadership team and support the Chief People Officer in preparations materials for Leadership Team and Board Meetings.

  • Enable transparency and insight into our organizational health – defining key metrics, understanding insights and using these metrics & insights to compel stakeholders to action.

  • Serve as an analytical subject matter expert for the myriad projects that arise within HR: bringing analytical expertise to everything from compensation planning to recruiting analytics to quantifying drivers of attrition.
