Overview

The Advanced Replenishment Solution Architect will find opportunities every day as they navigate a dynamic world helping clients address their business needs, interacting with other Blue Yonder associates on topics as solution capabilities, both current and future, business process trends and much more.

Scope

  • Deep knowledge of the Advanced Replenishment software to facilitate clients in attaining the highest value from the solution by leading project teams (from executives to subject matter experts to end users) through every step of the project.  The projects are based on the customers business requirements and may include implementation, upgrade, functional health checks and knowledge sharing/training.  
  • Our close team has extensive experience both with our customer base and the application.  Collaboration and flexibility are required to be successful in this role.

Our current technical environment (optional)

  • The AR application is AS400 based.  The legacy version user interface (UI) was Green Screen.  The UI evolved to Thick Client Server and is now supported by a Web UI.

What you’ll do

  • Lead cross functional teams through all phases of upgrade application, new install, training, functional health check.
  • Create and edit business design documents for upgrade and implementation projects.
  • Manage projects to ensure on time delivery within budget.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure initial project success and ongoing success with expanding usage of AR.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure application is addressing all identified opportunities.
  • Participate in User Group online community and in person meetings.
  • Collaborate with Blue Yonder’s teams to create and maintain accurate documentation. This documentation includes but is not limited to:  Training content, Functional Design Documents, enhancement request, and solution’s online help.
  • Confidently represent product roadmap internally and while customer facing as necessary.

What we are looking for

  • 5-10 years professional experience in retail or wholesale/distribution
  • Demand forecasting experience as a Demand Planner, Inventory Planner or similar role
  • Responsibility for replenishing inventory within plans and/or to meet service level goals
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Presentation experience to audiences of up to 100 people
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Firsthand experience with one or more of the following:
    • Advanced Replenishment (AR)
    • Advanced Warehouse Replenishment (AWR)
    • Advanced Store Replenishment (ASR)
    • Vendor Managed Replenishment (VMR)
    • E3 (TRIM, SLIM, CRISP)
  • Solid understanding of the application infra structure (i.e. required interface)

The salary range for this position is: USD $98,234.50 – $123,765.49

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
