Our Protected Communications Systems (PCS) business, which delivers Resilient National, Strategic, and Tactical Communication Solutions and Integrated C3 Mission Capability Solutions to the US and Allied Nations, is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our innovative team and play a crucial role in managing and executing over $100M in Development and Production programs.

As part of this dynamic team, the Finance Manager will collaborate with influential leaders across the Program Office, Engineering, and Supply Chain, as well as our Leadership team. This person will be at the forefront of financial reviews, engaging directly with customers and negotiating contracts that shape our future. The position provides a broad learning experience with complex contract and fee structures, concurrent development and production, customer engagement/negotiations, and externally reported earned value.

What You Will Do​

• Execute a variety of program and financial control actions, including supporting quarterly Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), External Reporting (IPMR), Monthly Operation Reviews (MBRs), and contract-specific deliverables
• Leverage the full complement of program controls tools (Business Warehouse, SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite) to provide targeted EVMS analysis that drives efficiencies and meets internal and external EVMS compliance standards
• Provide insightful support for ad hoc data reporting
• Be an integral part of a fast-paced finance team where tactical thinking, multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements
• Work on multiple engagements concurrently & operate effectively at all levels of the organization

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Minimum 5 years of related finance experience (understanding of bookings, sales, profits, and cash flow) and knowledge of Earned Value Management Analysis.
• Excellent computer skills including a high level of proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance is required ​
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance ​

Qualifications We Prefer

• Advanced in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions.
