A Brief Overview
The Payroll Tax Specialist is responsible for all timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll tax related activities.

What you will do
- Collaborates with internal colleagues to resolve customer inquiries
- Provides administrative support with case inquiries and follow up
- Resolves low complexity, high volume tasks related to workflow, as assignedâ
- Communicates internally with colleagues via client cases and email
- Ability to navigate within our designated systems for PEO and HCM to document customer inquiries and resolution
- Processes various data entry related tasks within the Payroll Tax organization such as payments, reports, check requests, registrations, corrections, and filings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelorâs Degree-Preferred or equivalent work experience-Preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 1+ year of Payroll Administration
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High detail-oriented and organized
- Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Licenses and Certifications
- Certified Payroll âŚ
