What you bring

  • You have a strong interest in payroll and a desire to learn more.
  • You have solid experience in customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with live chat and email support.
  • You have a passion for helping others and a natural ability to solve problems with a positive attitude.
  • You are comfortable adapting to a global work environment and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team.
  • You possess excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) and enjoy using tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Notion.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for all questions or issues related to employees' payroll runs.
  • Provide clear and concise answers to payroll-related questions and troubleshoot any issues via email tickets, live chats, and video calls.
  • Exceed expectations by delivering best-in-class support that meets or surpasses service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
