What you bring
- Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- You are a super-connector, bringing together a taskforce to resolve incidents or potential incidents.
- Experience within a Payroll environment
- You should have excellent project management, organizational skills and relationship building skills.
- Outstanding communication skills: written and spoken
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
- Identify and raise potential incidents, risks and anticipated points of resistance.
- Own payroll incidents end to end, ensuring a resolution and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns with the relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate cases that are more complex with complete ownership and creativity
- Build relationships with other stakeholders highlighting the importance of incident impact
- Consider ways to improve process including automation
- Proactively flag and seek long-term solutions for outstanding issues and process blockers.
- Own a database of RCAs and recommendations to reduce recurring incidents.
- Work on the change management logs, be up to date and support the changes logged to ensure a positive customer-facing experience.
