Business and Finance | Payroll ServicesThe Payroll Accounting Senior Coordinator is responsible for banking and settlement activities related to payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for employees. This role involves direct collaboration with Payroll Operations, Huntington Bank, and Accounts Payable Banking to facilitate smooth payment workflows. The senior coordinator will also provide exceptional customer service by addressing payroll-related inquiries, monitoring ACH transactions, handling payroll-related payments, and maintaining reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. 2 years of relevant experience required.
Desired Qualifications:
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of experience in payroll, banking operations, or related accounting functions. Experience with payroll software, banking systems (e.g., ACH), and Workday preferred.
