Description

Enumerate is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to support payment solutions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions. This ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital payments and knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows. The Payment Operations Specialist will act as a point of escalation for customer payment transaction issues and will build strong partnerships with financial institutions and vendors. This Payments Operations Specialist is also responsible for analyzing payments data to identify areas for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve payment success for existing clients by optimizing the payments process across the organization. 
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of payments, including credit card, bank transfer, ACH, and digital wallets. 
• Monitor payment transactions to ensure timely execution and accuracy. 
• Investigate and resolve payment issues, discrepancies, or failed transactions promptly. 
• Collaborate with banks, payment processors, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions. 
• Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly payment reports for accuracy and reconciliation. 
• Analyze payment trends and provide insights to management for operational improvements. 
• Provide data to assist in financial forecasting and budgeting related to payment processing. 
• Act as a point of contact for payment-related inquiries from internal teams and external clients. 
• Address payment-related disputes or customer concerns professionally and efficiently. 
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to enhance the efficiency of payment systems and tools. 
• Identify and implement areas for automation and process improvements to streamline payment operations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 2+ years of payment operations experience 
• Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows
• Experience with automation is a plus! 
• Strong data analytics skills 
• Travel of 5% expected for quarterly team meetings. 
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
