We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Service Delivery Excellence team, focusing on Patient Operations. This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and quality of patient access functions such as scheduling, preregistration, and authorizations, as well as patient billing and collections processes. The successful candidate will drive improvements in patient operations through data analysis, collaboration with operational leaders, and client engagement. Additionally, they will lead projects that deliver impactful results and develop client communication materials to showcase R1's achievements in patient operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Patient Operations Enhancement: Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in patient access and billing/collections by collaborating with clients, operations, and technology teams.
Project Management: Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing patient operations and delivering measurable results.
Client Communication: Create advanced PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for monthly operating reviews, highlighting R1's successes in patient operations.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and execute implementation steps across all stakeholders, ensuring client success.
Client Support: Deliver exceptional service by resolving requests promptly and providing ad-hoc reports and analyses.
Product Development Feedback: Serve as the "voice" of the client to ensure their needs are addressed and supported.
Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external leadership.
Required Qualifications:

 

Healthcare Experience: 4+ years in the healthcare industry, with client-facing experience in client success or project management roles.
Project Management Skills: Strong ability to prioritize work, solve problems creatively, and achieve results.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders, from pharmacy technicians to CEOs.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

PowerPoint Proficiency:  Advanced ability to tell a story in a PowerPoint slide deck using clear language, well designed tables and effective graphs.


Preferred Qualifications:

 

Project Management Certification: Certification in project management is a plus.
Consulting Experience: Experience in consulting is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and humor, with a willingness to contribute to business growth beyond the defined role.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,342.00 - $94,799.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
