About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Patient Engagement Manager (PEM)! In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to person for all things patient solutions, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for our patients. You'll manage everything from compliance controls to travel arrangements, all while building strong relationships with stakeholders. If you're passionate about patient-centricity and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
- Serve as the primary contact for patients and project managers.
- Tailor support solutions and lead process discussions.
- Manage compliance and travel arrangements for patient programs.
- Create and update budgets while communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Patient Engagement Manager is between $60,000 - $75,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
