The Opportunity
Lonestar Forklift is looking for a customer service-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Parts customer inquiries and providing technical and sales support to our customers and the Service department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Parts Specialist for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include:
- Respond to all incoming Parts customer inquiries
- Provide customers with multiple solutions in terms of parts pricing and availability
- Manage key Parts customer accounts, ensuring frequent communication and high customer satisfaction
- Follow up on outstanding quotes to close all possible orders
- Collect payment and process customer credits in a timely manner
- Work closely with Parts and Service teams to organize the ordering and delivery of parts
- Identify and request parts to add to branch inventory
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Previous related parts experience
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

The base pay range for this role is: $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
This is an onsite role based in Houston, Texas.
