This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility anywhere in Canada. 

Your future tasks will include

  • Acting as an advisor to 60 medium-sized business clients, focusing on growing their revenues and minimizing client churn.
  • Preparing for every client interaction by presenting results effectively, analyzing campaign performance, and making growth-oriented suggestions for both our team and the client.
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Showcasing a proven track record in growing and retaining existing revenue, developing advisor-level relationships, and confidently presenting strategic recommendations, as well as discussing budgets and scope with clients.
  • Managing all aspects of your client portfolio, including performance, relationship building, and driving growth through expansion revenue and referrals, while being a key member of a collaborative team of like-minded professionals.

Requirements

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role

  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing position, ideally in Account Management or Business Development
  • A results-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort in presenting strategic recommendations, even in the face of resistance
  • The confidence to handle objections and develop best practices
  • A proven track record of growing and retaining client relationships
  • A sense of accountability for both wins and losses, along with a natural aptitude for solving problems
  • The ability to provide and receive objective feedback, both internally and externally

It’s nice if you also have

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising fundamentals
  • Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus
  • Experience using CRM tools for client management and reporting
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques to assess campaign performance and client needs
