BiggerPockets is launching a new product (PassivePockets) to help investors find, vet, and invest in real estate syndications. It will include education, community forums, and directories to easily find syndication sponsors and active investment opportunities. To support the launch, we need to fill our directory with incredible syndication sponsors and active deal offerings.

That’s where you come in. We need a Client Operations Manager to onboard new Sponsors, set up their company profile pages, answer questions and manage operations for the fulfillment of incremental advertising packages (scheduling webinars, setting up active deal pages, coordinating marketing with the marketing team, etc.)

About the Role 

The Partnership Activation Manager will be an essential part of the Corporate Partnerships team by maintaining high level relationships of PassivePockets partners. This role will be responsible for the flawless on-boarding, execution & renewal of select corporate partners.

In addition to the fulfillment and execution of accounts this role will play a major role in the planning of world class sponsorship events (i.e. Partnership Summit, Meetups & more) while also having to manage relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth delivery of all partner assets.

Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day account management including activation, fulfillment and budget for assigned corporate partners
  • Develop customized marketing programs using new or available inventory to achieve partners business objectives and drive revenue
  • Create season recaps for all managed partners that provide documentation of delivered contractual, paid and bonus assets as well as value provided against such assets.
  • Work closely with sales team to provide recommendations on marketing platforms to enhance current partner relationships and provide new ideas for potential partners
  • Management and analysis of partner measurement / ROI / ROO tools
  • Ensure Sponsors are maximizing the effectiveness of our products and identify opportunities to help them achieve their goals.
