In this role, you will be a key contributor in the Seller Connections Partner Strategy & Operations team. This team is passionate about building a network of successful real estate agent partners who provide consistent, outstanding service to home sellers. We actively identify, validate, and implement improvements to all aspects of the partner journey. We are leading the refinement of the partner conversion strategy for Zillow’s seller business across Product, Operations, and Sales. We are heavy hitters who move fast, think big, and team up to deliver results with our closest partners in Business Intelligence, Product Management, Business Operations, and Marketing. About the role

You will contribute to the success of the Premier Agent business by crafting and driving the partner agent related program within Zillow’s new Seller business, focusing specifically on increasing closed transactions between home sellers on Zillow and the Premier Agent partners we connect them with. You will help set and implement the strategy for increasing conversion across the home selling funnel (from initial inquiry to connecting with a listing agent to sale closed) by partnering with our Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Frontline Enablement teams to diagnose the causes of funnel leakage and implement solutions that move the needle.
