The Team:

As part of the marketing organization, the Product Marketing team is pivotal in driving Jobber's growth and innovation. They collaborate closely with teams across the company to bring impactful products, campaigns, and channel strategies to market. This dynamic team leads product positioning, spearheads product launch strategies, and oversees a range of go-to-market initiatives to drive growth.

The Role:

As a Partner Marketing Manager at Jobber, you'll report to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager and work closely with our Partnerships team to help shape and execute our partner marketing strategy.

You'll lead the development, execution, and measurement of impactful marketing campaigns across our product partnerships ecosystem. Your efforts will directly accelerate integration installs, drive awareness of the Jobber App Marketplace, and increase revenue contribution from this channel. You will engage directly with Jobber partners, activating and fostering relationships to drive integration installs, referrals and support go-to-market initiatives that enhance the usage of our partners’ products and services.

Success in this role requires an understanding of a technology partner ecosystem, creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a strong grasp of marketing principles and tactics. You must have experience working cross-functionally to deliver programs and campaigns that drive measurable results.

The Partner Marketing Manager will:

  • Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution: Develop and launch GTM strategies across Jobber’s product partner ecosystem. Prioritize high-impact co-marketing opportunities with partner managers to drive awareness and demand.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing initiatives and partner integration launches across content, social, in-product, webinars, digital, and events, to drive awareness, integration installs and pipeline.
  • Value Proposition and Messaging: Develop clear, compelling messaging and joint solution narratives that highlight the value of Jobber’s platform and its integrated partner solutions.
  • App Marketplace Management and Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to increase visibility and performance of the Jobber App Marketplace, optimizing listings and discoverability.
  • Cultivate and Strengthen Partner Relationships: Build and grow relationships with key partners by activating co-marketing programs to drive mutual success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like Product Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Enablement to align partner marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and deliver go-to-market programs.
  • Partner and Sales Enablement: Support partner and sales enablement through collaborating on development of collateral, presentations, and training to drive partner engagement and adoption. 
  • Market Insights and Performance Analytics: Deploy competitive analysis and surveys, and use market reports and customer feedback to guide strategy and messaging. Monitor partner marketing performance, report on campaign effectiveness, and apply insights to optimize future efforts.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Extensive years of B2B partner marketing experience in the software or technology industry, with a strong grasp of integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing partner marketing programs with technology or product partners that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship and project management skills with the ability to lead multiple work-streams and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Performance-driven mindset with a natural curiosity to test, measure, iterate, and optimize for continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging partners, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a high level of energy, ownership, and a problem-solving mentality suited to a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and partner events.

 

Compensation:

At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $98,300, a midpoint of $115,700, and a maximum salary of $133,100, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.

We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.
