What are we looking for?

As the Partner Development Manager - MSSP, your main responsibility will be to develop outbound business activities. These will include recruitment, enablement, expansion, and upselling to a set of Tier-Two Managed Security Service Providers, working through our Master MSSP partners.

What will you do?

  • As a cross-functional lead, works with GEO teams to manage multi-year Master MSSP distribution contracts.
  • On a global scale, oversee growth for Master MSSP partners across all SentinelOne MSSP product lines.
  • Creates region-specific business plans with assigned Master MSSPs aligned to the global and regional objective
  • Responsible for organizing and driving partner enablement to master MSSPs and their downstream MSSP partners.
  • Collaborates with the partner marketing team to create effective campaigns that generate a strong MSSP pipeline.
  • The key metric for success is the growth and diversification of the distributor's network partners and product endpoints.
  • Ensure executive alignment across assigned global MSSP Distributors and SentinelOne Executive teams.

What skills and experience will you bring?

  • BS technical degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Executive/Manager selling endpoint security solutions
  • Deep knowledge of current security solutions
  • Experience working with Master Managed Security Service Providers
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
  • Enterprise sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of decision-makers
