Partner Account Manager - Northeast - Virtual, Massachusetts, United States

CommScope is looking to add a Partner Account Manager (PAM)to our RUCKUS team to be based in the Northeast US and will help to support overall sales and marketing within a defined set of channel partners.

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Channel partners include key Networking Distributors and Elite Networking Partners. The Northeast PAM is responsible for handling the relationships proactively; this includes providing assistance and support in developing programs and initiatives to drive engagement and revenue. Additionally, meeting at minimum monthly, with quarterly and yearly sales goals. This will include formulating plans to nurture partners' capabilities.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • At least 5 years of selling experience in the high-tech (IT) marketplace to high-level management and other decision-makers. This individual should have a proven successful track record in end-user selling and/or channel leveraging.
  • Skilled in customer focus with demonstrated success in positioning and selling IT/Networking solutions to end-users through a distribution channel.
  • Results-focused with the ability to encourage and influence others as well as build trust and respect
  • A proven strategic partner development with an understanding of what Partner success looks like.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to gather relevant information and effectively document and articulate findings to senior leadership and bilingual (French and English).

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.  This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $151,600.00-225,000.00

 

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
