As a Remote part-time coach on our care team, you’ll work directly with Ovia’s enterprise members providing a broad-scope women’s health coaching support via text, phone, and/or video across our family of solutions: Ovia, Ovia Pregnancy, and Ovia Parenting.

This part time remote role will be scheduled to work approximately 20-24 hours a week between the hours of 9am - 9pm Eastern time, including regular weekends and holidays.

Who you are:

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional Spanish-speaking skills preferred.

● Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of nursing related to women’s and family health.

● Flexibility and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Ability to work at least one weekend per month and rotating holidays.

● Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google suite, Salesforce, EMR, or other digital platforms

What you will do:

● Support participants with a wide variety of health concerns and to drive towards positive change and improved outcomes, including addressing gaps in care.

● Provide remote support to our enterprise members fielding questions focused on women’s health, fertility, menopause, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, early parenting, etc.

● Use technology to engage with members and accurately document

● Potentially contribute to development of in-app content

● Participate in occasional public or external-facing events such as educational webinars or social media appearances

● Utilize coaching strategies, including motivational interviewing and appreciative inquiry for improving the health of others.

● Provide support and education in written, telephone, video, and/or public-speaking formats.
