About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Part-Time Temporary Online Support Representative to join our team for a 6-month term. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our customers via email and online channels, with a focus on date entry, customer ticket processing, and software license management. You’ll be working with our HubSpot CRM and license server.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets related to software licenses, account information, and data requests. Provide professional and clear responses to customer inquiries via email.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to create and upgrade software licenses, update customer records, and ensure accurate information delivery.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry for customer details and license information. Work with data and Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze customer records.
  • Process and deliver updated software licenses to customers through email and online portals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Moderate technical knowledge of software and online platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Experience processing customer tickets and resolving online support inquiries.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Benefits

Details:

  • Type: Part-Time, Temporary (6 Months)
  • Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling within core business hours, Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Location: Remote (Must reside in California, Colorado, North Carolina, Oregon, or Texas)
  • Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour.
