What you will do
- Community Engagement: Take over commenting and engagement tasks, fostering community interaction.
- Content Creation: Assist with basic design work, first drafts for posts, and scheduling/posting content.
- Research & Ideation: Regularly research industry trends and gather content ideas to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate to develop content aligned with our performance metrics to ensure measurable success.
- Monitor replies from Conversica: Reply and distribute response to correct teams
- Platform-Specific Expertise: the candidate will primarily focus on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for replying to messages and creating content ideas/ input designs templates for these platforms
- Maintaining the brand voice and tone across all communications and designs.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure sustainable resolution\Effectively manage large volume of incoming comments and DMs]
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to build sustainable customer base
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to internal and external stakeholders
- Build and ideate content creation and copywriting for social media channels
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Strong attention to detail and fluent in design tools (canva, figma, adobe, etc)
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for accuracy and consistency
Nice to haves:
- Experience with social media management tools
- Ability to multi task with multiple projects
- Strong organization skills and ability to be proactive and follow up
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns
- The candidate must have the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Stays up-to-date with social media trends, current tech jargon, and industry developments.
At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management or customer engagement.
What we can offer you
- 20 hours per week.
- Pay rate of $35 - $50 per hour.
- Experience in a high growth EdTech company focusing on the US market.
