The opportunity:
Weâre looking for a highly motivated, creative, and conversion-focused Part-Time Senior Copywriter to join our team. In this role, youâll own the voice of Parsley Health across key marketing channels, driving performance through smart, compelling, and customer-centered copy.
You should have deep experience in consumer marketing (ideally CPG), social, lifecycle marketing, and digital channelsâpaired with a proactive, batteries-included mindset. You love getting to know your audience, solving for conversion, and constantly improving copy based on performance. Youâre not satisfied until every word on our website is right and working.
This is a 20-hour/week 1099 contract role reporting into our Growth Marketing Manager.
What youâll do:
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences and refine our brand voice to engage and convert across every persona.
- Craft performance-driven copy for digital marketing channels including email, paid social, landing pages, website, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Write with empathy and authority on sensitive health topics, turning complex information into accessible and inspiring copy.
- Collaborate closely with the growth, LCM, clinical, and operations teams to align copy with marketing strategy and performance data.
- Constantly analyze results and iterate copy based on engagement and conversion performance.
- Own copy quality across marketing campaigns, product messaging, paid ads, social media, and select member communications.
What youâll need:
- 4+ years of digital copywriting experience with strong direct response and conversion skillsâbonus points for health, wellness, or CPG experience.
- Strong experience writing across email, paid ads, social, and landing pages with a proven track record of driving action.
- Ability to translate scientific or clinical content into clear, engaging consumer language.
- A deep understanding of customer psychology, and the ability to write for multiple personas and channels simultaneously.
- A âbatteries-includedâ mindsetâproactive, resourceful, and energized to make copy better across every asset.
- Passion for brand voice, storytelling, and elevating consumer experiences.
