Position Summary/Job Duties:

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for a trustworthy, nurturing and fun in-home nanny for our happy, smiley infant boy. He will be ~1 month old upon start date of this job which would ideally begin in October. This role would be part time for about 6-8 hours/week (Monday- Friday) within the windows of 9am-4pm (flexible on exact days and times). If of interest, the role has the opportunity to become full-time starting in Jan/Feb 2025 once mother returns back to work. Occasional nights or weekends could be added based on your schedule and flexibility. Both parents work primarily from home and are available as needed for questions or in case of emergency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Play with him by incorporating in age appropriate activities (i.e., outdoor walks, tummy time, etc)
• Feed him bottles, or coordinate with mother on timing for breastfeeding sessions
• Put him down for a few naps a day based on agreed upon nap schedule
• Change diapers and bathe (as needed)
• Assist with small household chores such as dishes, light housekeeping (tidying up toy areas and baby room, etc) and laundry for infant

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must own vehicle for transport to and from job site (Middleton, WI) and/or occasional errands or local day trips with the infant
• Proof of up-to-date TDAP, Whooping Cough and flu vaccinations or commitment to receiving prior to start date
• CPR & First Aid certified prior to start date
• Provide credible references
• Previous nanny or babysitting experience with infants
