Part Time Customer Service Associate

We're in search of a motivated, highly organized Part-Time Compliance Customer Service Agent in Training to join our team. In this pivotal role, your primary focus will be to support our clients, their drivers, and candidates in their understanding of the D.O.T. and FCRA regulations and ensuring their effective use of our platform and services to support their compliance with both.

This is a part time temp opportunity-Monday-Thursday availability 8am-8pm est.

This position pays $15 per hour

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrated ability to multi-task are essential for this role.

What are the essential functions of a Customer Support Associate?

  • Enter and verify client data in various systems with attention to detail to maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Make outbound calls to conduct employment verification procedures within company and federal guidelines
  • Gather driver information to complete DOT compliance regulation tasks
  • Utilize multiple systems with speed and accuracy to execute compliance services
  • Ensure prompt and effective processing of client requests by maintaining knowledge of Foley’s services and industry compliance requirements
  • Protect company and client information in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Compile and process essential compliance documents and permits.
  • Maintain your understanding of Regulations and Foley products and services through continuous learning.
  • Understand and educate our client on Regulatory Drug Testing and background checks as required.
  • Support Department of Transportation compliance activities.
  • Enhance the company’s positive image and provide exceptional customer service to associates and customers.
  • Strict adherence to the applicable federal laws and company policies and procedures are a must.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills-verbal and written. · Remote experience
  • Reliable internet connectivity and peaceful working environment
  • Flexibility for shift-based work, including evenings. 20hrs-30hrs per week.
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Capability to adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in and the aptitude to provide exceptional customer service.
