Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are hiring a part-time barista at our coffee shop in the developing neighborhood east of the capitol. We are looking for hard workers that love to stay busy. Do you thrive in a fast paced environment and with a small team? This may be the place for you! Previous barista experience a bonus but not required.

Some duties include making exceptional coffee and espresso drinks, preparing sandwiches and wraps, and keeping the store clean and organized. Weekend availability is a must!! We offer a flexible schedule for students and people working with other jobs.

We pay $12.00 an hour plus an additional $5 - $15 an hour in cash tips at the end of each shift. We also offer health care options and other great benefits.

Qualifications:
