Position Summary/Job Duties:

We're searching for a part time baby sitter, our baby is almost 11 months old and growing fast. We're looking for someone who would be available until at least the end of the Spring '25 semester. Baby sitting will be in our home on the west side of Madison. We both work from home, so we will be in the house much of the baby sitting time, but not 100% of the time.

We pay $20 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Playing with and reading to our baby.
• Feeding him on his 'regular' feeding schedule while you are here. Including a little clean up of his high chair after he eats.
• Putting him down for his naps while you are here.
• Diaper changes when he needs them.
• Taking him on walks in his stroller around the neighborhood.

Availability:

• 2 to 3 baby sitting sessions per week, in 4 hour blocks of time during the 9 to 5 normal work hours. The exact days and times are flexible based on your schedule.
• Occational evening baby sitting sessions in the evening to give us alone time as a couple.

Qualities we're looking for:

• Reliable and punctual.
• Communicative.
• Good with babies/toddlers.
• Transportation to west side.
