We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who has a keen eye for design and thrives in an organized, detail-oriented environment. You’ll be taking over as our Brand Graphic Designer, managing all design needs outside of Paid Media and ensuring our brand stays visually consistent across all platforms.

In this role, you will:

🎨 Edit existing packaging files as needed
📦 Create new packaging files using vendor dielines and print requirements
🖌️ Support creation of new packaging files from scratch for new vendors or products
📁 Maintain a library of packaging files, keeping versions, vendors, and compliance approvals organized
✅ Follow proofing checklist process prior to submission of print files, working with Compliance to ensure accuracy
📢 Create branded print and digital materials, including email headers, direct mailers, and marketing materials

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with a required 4-hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time to collaborate effectively with our Creative Services Manager.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Bachelor’s or associate degree in design, art, or related field
✅ 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role or relevant internship
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
✅ Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
✅ Proven experience with both print and digital design
✅ Experience adapting existing packaging systems to new products
✅ Ability to create renders or mockups of products
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
✅ Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback

Brownie points for: 

⭐ Experience with digital marketing or e-commerce design
⭐ Experience with health and wellness brands

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities with ease. You should be open to feedback, experienced in working within brand standards, and have a solid understanding of both print and digital design.
