You'll manage campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok while analyzing performance and optimizing results. You will also monitor budgets, compile reports, and collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns are impactful and on-brand. Candidates must have agency experience and demonstrate expertise in crafting strategic paid media plans. Paid Social Media Specialist (Campaign Expertise; WFH Fri) Responsibilities

•    Build and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms
•    Rework social media strategies based on client budget changes
•    Collaborate with creative teams for campaign asset needs
•    Schedule and launch campaigns to go live
•    Monitor pacing and budgets to prevent overspending
•    Compile reports and offer actionable insights
•    Adjust metrics to meet client KPIs 
•    Maintain and optimize tracking pixels and UTM tags

Paid Social Media Specialist (Campaign Expertise; WFH Fri) Qualifications

•    3+ years of agency digital media management experience required 
•    In-platform experience managing paid campaigns on FB, IG, Pinterest &Tik Tok required
•    Expertise setting paid social strategies aligned with client goals and budgets required 
•    Strong understanding of paid social media channels and tools required 
•    Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience required
