Paid Media Traffic Coordinator

As a paid media traffic coordinator, you will support a dynamic team of paid media subject matter experts servicing highly regulated client portfolios throughout the United States. Working closely with integrated marketing partners, you will collaborate to bring energy efficiency and utility bill savings to residential and commercial customers, including under-served and disadvantaged communities in key locales within unique service territories. 
A paid media traffic coordinator will gain exposure to various types of paid media platforms and offerings, collaborating closely with digital and traditional media buyers, data analysts, creative teams, and billing and operations specialists. In this role, you would be responsible for assisting in the high-volume management and workflow of creative assets on behalf of the paid media team. What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities): 

  • Assist in the development of a creative asset management system to facilitate storage and organization of creative assets 
  • Align with paid media planning leads and support teams to write traffic instructions for paid media 
  • Disseminate creative assets to appropriate parties including television and radio stations, outdoor media companies, print publishers, digital platforms, and campaign managers for in-house programmatic execution 
  • Facilitate quality assurance / QA “checks” to ensure control and accuracy 
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with internal teams and external partners 
  • Maintain campaign documents including creative spec sheets, flowcharts, and campaign reports 
  • Showcase up-to-date knowledge to aide in educating account teams, creative partners, and clients on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends and updates  

What we need you to have (Minimum Qualifications): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related fields (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
  • Two (2) + years working in project management preferably in an agency setting; includes internships and other project management experience 

What we would like you to have: 

  • Understanding of basic marketing and paid media principles; includes experience working with creative and digital teams in developing integrated strategies 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team, and have excellent time management skills 
  • Passionate about project management and organization 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting features; Google Ads certification 
  • Demonstrated understanding of cross-channel media trends and innovation 

Professional Skills:

  • Proficiency of Windows PC environment, including Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Acrobat, and SmartSheets
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Extremely high attention to detail with critical thinking, deep organization, and problem-solving skills 
  • Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Able to prioritize work effectively, multi-task and follow up

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$49,148.00 - $83,552.00
