Job Summary:
The Paid Media Specialist plays a critical role in supporting REE Medical’s revenue growth by executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Supporting the Principal SEO Expert in the technical execution of REE Medical’s paid media campaigns, this hand-on role focuses on keyword management, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, messaging consistency, and campaign success. You are the expert who will drive our ads in front of the right people and grow our top line, we want a person who thrives on the idea of a challenge!
What is expected in this role:
- Serving as the key organizer of all paid media projects, managing their total lifecycle including planning, designing, launching, monitoring, and optimizing ads across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
- This means you will be shadowing the Principal SEO Expert to understand the nuances of our paid media optimization and to maintain campaign standards to ensure transition of tasks over into this newly created role.
- This means you will be supporting the planning process, but owning the launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- This means you will be conducting daily tasks such as keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to ensure maximum performance and compliance.
- This also means you will be working with the Principal SEO Expert in the allocation process to manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Collaborating internally and cross-functionally to align paid media strategies with business goals and ensure consistent, compliant messaging across campaigns.
- This means you are collaborating with content creators to adapt messaging and develop high-impact ad creatives that align with brand standards and audience insights.
- This means serving as another layer of quality assurance regarding industry and company compliance standards, aligning with the Senior Brand Manager and Compliance ensuring a consistent brand voice on all marketing materials, while maintaining legal compliance requirements where needed.
- This also means you may collaborate with external vendors in addition to internal teams to ensure overall campaign success.
- Serving as the 1st level owner of key performance optimization and analysis, providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
- This means regularly analyzing campaign metrics such as ROI, CPA, CTR, and engagement rates to identify improvement opportunities.
- This means actively measuring and executing A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance and helping to optimize bids, targeting, and creatives based on data insights.
- Supporting the Principal SEO Expert in creating a cohesive and impactful paid media strategy, ensuring engagement and retention of clients, across all platforms.
- This means you are assisting in other aspects of the media buying or research processes to create cohesive, accurate, and impactful campaigns.
- This also means you are supporting the Principal SEO Expert through project execution and during absences to maintain campaign continuity and execution quality.
How success is measured in this role:
- Achievement of KPIs, including ROI, CPA, CTR, and engagement goals.
- Consistent optimization of tools, processes, campaigns, etc. leading to measurable improvements in campaign performance and cost-efficiency.
- Positive feedback from internal teams on collaboration and technical support.
- Adherence to compliance standards across all campaigns.
Requirements
What you need in this role to be successful:
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally owning the entire lifecycle from planning to measurement of success in a B2C focused brand.
- This means you have used your skills in research, collaboration, campaign planning, and execution within a professional employer setting with proven results in ROI or Click throughs.
- This means you have a strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and optimization techniques and can provide real world examples of how you have applied them to your work.
- This means you have demonstrated the ability to communicate, present and influence media purchasing decisions credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization in your career.
- This means you have the ability to provide industry insights to help guide and influence effective copy and ad development.
- This also means you can think in campaign-oriented ways.
- Finally, this means you can provide proof of your work through a portfolio of past work you can share or showcase personal projects for review.
- Skilled at developing paid campaigns via multiple tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics, where you also excel at A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- A strong proficiency in SEO expertise conducting thorough keyword research, optimizing ads to increase conversion rates and improve user engagement, while monitoring the performance of campaigns and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with an eye for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ability to think strategically while still maintaining a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Proactive thinking, consistently foreseeing and preparing for forthcoming challenges or opportunities.
- Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or other relevant fields required. An additional 2+ plus years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
