Position Overview

The Paid Media Specialist will be an integral part of our Paid Media Team. This team member will provide support for many critical aspects of the campaign planning & launch process, ranging from audience & keyword research, campaign & ad builds, 3rd party integration setups, ongoing optimization, reporting & analysis, and more.

Location: Philippines 

Working Hours: 4pm to 1am PHT

 

What you'll do

  • Build ad campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and more
  • Support our expansion onto new ad channels
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to inform campaign targeting
  • Build audiences using a variety of first and third-party data sources & tools
  • Configure end-to-end conversion and lead tracking using third-party integrations
  • Initiate and manage creative requests to get ad assets from our design team
  • Query, manipulate and analyze data from multiple sources both within ad channels and externally Google Sheets, Looker Studio and Tableau
  • Identify and suggest optimization opportunities based on performance data

 

Who you are

  • A paid media marketer with 2+ years of experience on paid search, paid social & paid display
  • You have experience building campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and likely a few other ad platforms
  • You have a solid understanding of ad platform metrics and what success looks like
