The anticipated salary range for this role is between $80,000.00 and $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. SUMMARY:

  • We are looking for a motivated and seasoned performance marketing strategist with experience growing acquisition programs in the financial services space
  • You will support development of our integrated multi-channel long-term strategy and partner with our media agency to execute the tactical plan (channels including but not limited to Programmatic Display, Paid Search, Online Video, and Paid Social)
  • You will balance priorities and the budget to achieve volume goals within the guardrails of individual product CACs 
  • You will serve as a key driver and partner with internal functions like Legal/Risk/Compliance to develop processes and procedures to meet compliance requirements
  • The Performance Marketing Strategist reports into the Head of Growth Marketing. This role will be instrumental in both the initial launch and scaling to next level of growth

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support strategic roadmap for key product launches to meet organizational business goals
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights in support of ongoing optimization, ability to dive into the data and collaborate with data and analytics teams
  • Provide strategic recommendations and execution strategies for audience and creative targeting opportunities, campaign structuring, landing pages, CTAs, and other levers in accordance with achieving business goals 
  • Oversee Paid Media budgets across products. Support performance forecasting on a weekly/monthly basis or as needed and assist with invoice reconciliation
  • Partner with wider Marketing team for a holistic marketing approach to extract incremental value and reduce waste
  • Ensure proper tracking is in place, working closely with Analytics and Engineering to implement appropriate tracking mechanisms and hold agency accountable to measurement standards
  • Develop and maintain a continuous testing agenda to optimize on-going performance 
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on performance, strategies, and recommendations, work as a subject matter expert presenting to large groups and in one on one discussions to ensure that the value of Paid Media is well understood 
  • Keep pace with Paid Media trends and changes, best practices and developments
  • Assist with standing up additional new channels as business requires, such as OLV and reddit

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience (preferably in financial services)
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as DSPs, CM360, DV360, SA360, GTM, Meta, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Linkedin Ads (certification in these areas are a major plus)
  • Strong understanding of the interplay between digital channels and their roles across the user journey
  • Understanding of pixel-based technology that enable accurate reporting and the success of your channel(s) 
  • Excellent project management skills with a history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • Experience in fast paced growth environments and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor’s degree required
