Work Conditions
- Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
- PHP 70,000 to PHP 100,000 per month.
- 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday (Aligned with UK time).
- Required to work during Philippine holidays.

About the Role
This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Growth based in the UK, who oversees paid media strategies and campaigns. The position is based remotely but involves daily collaboration with an international team. You will lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, driving measurable results for our diverse clients and internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage internal and client paid media strategies, including ad copy and lead generation.
- Oversee budget allocation to maximize ROI and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to align paid media with SEO, branding, and email marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices while attending relevant training and conferences.
Experience & Software
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, and experience with Performance Max campaigns.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Skilled in budget management and cost-per-click (CPC) optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with display campaign setup on GDN and social networks.
