What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Media Intern to join our Lifecycle Marketing team for the summer. This internship is ideal for someone who’s passionate about digital advertising, B2B paid media strategy, and campaign performance analysis. You’ll gain hands-on experience executing LinkedIn advertising campaigns, designing and analyzing A/B tests, and contributing to overall paid media strategies. As a Paid Media Intern, you’ll work closely with the Senior Manager of Paid Media to optimize campaign performance and contribute to regular reporting.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Design and implement an A/B testing roadmap for LinkedIn advertising campaigns to optimize performance.
  • Assist with campaign builds, including ad creative and audience targeting, while ensuring smooth execution.
  • Monitor pacing and performance of ongoing paid media campaigns, making adjustments as needed.
  • Contribute to regular reporting on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for campaign improvements and optimizations.
  • Assist with analyzing and interpreting data trends, offering insights for future campaigns.

What really gets us excited about you?

  • You’re currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • You have a strong understanding of data analysis and enjoy working with metrics.
  • You have critical thinking and problem-solving abilities that allow you to think creatively about campaign optimization.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
  • You have familiarity with digital marketing concepts—any knowledge of paid media platforms like LinkedIn is a plus!
  • You’re highly detail-oriented and can work independently, managing multiple tasks at once.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Hands-on experience in B2B paid media strategy, including campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • The opportunity to work closely with a team of digital marketing experts to optimize real-world campaigns.
  • Exposure to analytics tools and the processes behind paid media campaign management.
  • Mentorship and growth opportunities in the digital marketing and paid media space.

If you’re eager to kickstart your career in digital marketing and gain real-world experience in paid media campaign execution and analysis, we’d love to have you join our team!

Salary for this role is $20 per hour, up to 28 hours per week.

What Do We Offer?

Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.

Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.

Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more!

One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining…
