Compensation: This is a Union position subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement with IBEW Local 89. The starting annual salary for this role is $82,000.00

About the Organizer Role
As an Organizer, youâll be on the front lines of building power with everyday people across the political spectrum. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Organizing and working as part of our national field team, youâll build relationships with our members - many of whom have never organized before - and help them take meaningful action to improve their economic lives. Youâll meet people where they are, listen to their concerns, engage in conversations, bridge divides, and inspire action. Youâll connect with people who may disagree with you, yet youâll find common ground in the shared goal of creating real economic change.Â
Youâll also collaborate closely with team members across the organization, ensuring that insights from the field help shape our strategy and strengthen our movement.Â
