The role will be part of a team that will focus on engaging with stakeholder groups and users of the system as they navigate the replacement of the new system. The ideal candidate has experience with Organization Change Management, preferred in healthcare systems space.  Here are the details on this position.

Your role in our mission

• Engage in data collection and analysis to develop deep understanding of targeted stakeholders and communication channels and methods to effectively engage with the stakeholder group
• Support OCM Lead in the engagement of key stakeholders and stakeholder groups to surface unmet needs and map and document opportunities
• Under the direction of OCM lead support developing and modifying systems to meet stakeholder needs and develops business specifications to support these modifications.
• Supports communication efforts by designing and developing communication plans and writing as needed.
