You are: Oracle SOA/MFT Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as WebLogic Server, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM), Oracle WebCenter, and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE).
  • Deployment and Administration: Manage the deployment and administration of applications and services on Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitor the health and performance of Oracle Fusion Middleware components, identify and troubleshoot performance issues, and implement tuning measures to optimize system performance.
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures for Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including user authentication, authorization, encryption, and auditing, in compliance with organizational security policies and standards.
  • Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for Oracle Fusion Middleware environments to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery preparedness.
  • Patch Management and Upgrades: Plan and execute patching and upgrade activities for Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including applying patches, service packs, and version upgrades, while minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of Oracle Fusion Middleware configurations, procedures, and best practices. Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity, and utilization.
