The consultant will work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:

• Understanding and assessing a client’s current state talent process and developing future state recommendations based on Oracle’s leading  business practices and the organizational goals
• Collaborating internally and with the client to develop both high level and detailed implementation plans
• Leveraging a consultative approach to gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Aligning business requirements and leading  practices to implement a technical solution that supports the client’s business goals
• Advising the client on how to best bring their talent processes to life within Oracle Cloud Talent, which may include recommending new and refining existing business processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property

Required Experience & Skills

• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM
• At least 8 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM with at least two full life cycle implementations as an Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Lead. 
• Preferred experience with supporting/managing HR functions such as Talent, Learning, Performance and or HR Generalist
• Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology configuration recommendations
• Consulting experience in HCM systems integration and/or management consulting strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of and ability to advise on Talent and HR data and analytics
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills internally and with clients
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients
• Fit with Peloton culture and company values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, “can-do” attitude, and communicating your ideas
• Active Oracle Talent Management Cloud certification 

Additional Desired Skills

• Certifications in Oracle Talent Management
• Experience in additional HCM Modules such as Core, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, HR Helpdesk  
• Experience in Talent and HR analytics
• Experience with HR compliance reporting and global compliance (GDPR and ITAR a huge plus)
• Experience working with benefits, absence management and security
• Experience mentoring junior staff

Compensation: Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000-$160,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
