Summary of Position

As Operations Training & Content Specialist at Teladoc Health, you will be responsible for creating, refining, and managing high-quality content that informs and engages internal teams. Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams, you will develop educational materials, user guides, and digital content to support Teladoc's telehealth solutions and services. Your contributions will ensure that Teladoc employees have access to clear, consistent, and accurate information that enhances user experiences and optimizes service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and manage content for Member Operations agent knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, marketing, clinical, and product teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Teladoc's standards.
  • Create user-friendly educational materials such as workflows, FAQs, help guides, training manuals, knowledge articles for Member-facing agents.
  • Continuously update and improve existing content based on feedback, analytics, and emerging industry trends.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, language, and branding across all Teladoc Health Member Operations communication materials.
  • Organize, publish, and manage content in our current CRM and LMS ensuring it is easy to navigate and access.
  • Perform regular content audits and assessments to ensure that the information remains current and effective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand audience needs and behaviors, tailoring content accordingly to improve user engagement.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute ideas on how to effectively present and deliver content that supports business goals.
  • Provide functional support to the Member Operations Training team as well as the Training Business Analyst.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in content development, policy and procedure writing, workflow development, training material creation, or instructional design, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Experience working with instructional designers and trainers to create content that supports both formal and informal learning experiences.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and content optimization for different platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and compliance-related content is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and training teams.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000k - $72,000k. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
