As an Operations Supervisor within PNC's Statement Spreading organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Brecksville, OH; or Kalamazoo, MI.

If located near one of the sites mentioned above, the expectation would be working 1 day a week in-office.

This position also offers the opportunity to work remotely from home. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of 8-10 analysts on the Statement Spreading Team. This team receives financial statements from Underwriters and Relationship Managers and will then standardize and streamline the information, providing a spreadsheet of data for them to review and and analyze.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

- Facilitating team huddles and meetings
- Ensure SLA's and due dates are met
- Provide coaching, support, and assistance to the team
- Maintaining all HR functions within the team

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

- Leadership experience is necessary
- Experience with employee engagement
- Statement spreading knowledge would be beneficial, but not required

Job Description
  • Oversees operations workflow and assists team with executing transactions/processes. Manages direct reports on the operations team.
  • Manages and is responsible for the operations workflow including achieving desired business results and key performance indicators. Assists team members with escalated issues. May process and/or reconcile transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identifies and addresses exceptions and serves as a point of escalation. Partners internally to resolve escalations and provide guidance. May interact with external customers and third parties in completing transactions or resolving escalated issues.
