Operations Sourcing Manager (91.179614.7)

- Act as the primary contact for the Technology and Components team to support Meta’s mass production build and ships requirements to its data centers globally.
- Support the day-to-day
operations and fulfillment activities while working closely with internal stakeholders. - Development and communication of forecast to suppliers.
- Build plan review and coordination with key
suppliers/partners. - Ensure alignment between capacity plan priorities and supplier commitments.
- Quote compilation and accuracy.
- Monitor supplier performance to pricing and business
splits as defined by commodity team. - Manage SLA performance: measure, manage and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated service level agreements (SLA).
- Oversee
ongoing cost productivity: measure, report and action cost improvement as compared to market pricing and pricing models. - Responsible for scorecard management: lead measuring
supplier performance, root cause issues and driving improved performance. - Tasked with the rollup of team performance metrics.
- Analyze information about supplier performance and
procurement program success. - Develop and implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
- Own all aspects of supplier performance.
- Travel required: 15% domestic
travel. - May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. (remote work benefit).
- Requirements: Requires a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:
- 1. Experience working with and managing technology suppliers
2. Performing demand versus supply modelling - 3. Executing commodity forecast/cost/allocation tracking & communication
- 4. Conducting cross functional collaboration with finance, accounting, engineering to formulate metrics and business approvals
- 5. Tracking purchase orders & contracts
- 6. Completing supplier executive business reviews.
