About the Role:
Works with internal and external partners to build, improve, and manage the teams’ ongoing reviews of our Partners activities. These reviews are in place to ensure compliance with all Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines.
What You Will Do:
- Manages and streamlines operational processes for the Partner Quality Support team, to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with Pathward, Network and Regulatory guidelines.
- Develops and manages review processes for the team, such as self approval, disputes, KYTP/CDD, CIP, prelaunch testing, and periodic reviews.
- Works with our marketing material review vendor to request and test enhancements to the system to simplify and optimize the marketing material review process.
- Assists in and monitor the use of the marketing submission tool that Partners and Marketing Review Analysts utilize.
- Ensures marketing materials are reviewed against work papers to ensure adherence to Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines and regulations.
- Updates work papers and ensuring they are up to date when there are changes to any guidelines or regulations.
- Develops and manage periodic review schedule and process for Partners fee, website, and overdraft protection reviews.
- Owns procedures and documentation for assigned processes, ensuring they remain up to date and are accurate.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including TPR, IT, BSA & Compliance, to ensure alignment of operational processes with regulatory requirements.
- Provides training and support to team members on new processes, tools, and systems to ensure successful implementation and adoption

What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary range: $23.07 hourly – $42.60
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
