Operations Manager, Supply Risk and Compliance

While no two days are the same, you will lead cross-functional partnerships and improvement projects with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to enable Shipt to better meet customer needs. You will partner with Fraud, Cybersecurity, and Product to identify ways to strengthen our security against new and existing threats. Working closely with external vendors and internal operations teams, you will help ensure we are finding and removing bad actors from the platform with speed and fairness. You will lead development of the policies, processes, workflows, and tools for Shipt to screen and review current and prospective independent contractors. You will also look for opportunities to develop and implement new tools & processes that enable executing teams to accomplish our goals with precision and consistency. You and your team will be responsible for not only the policies, but also building the documentation and training to deploy these capabilities.What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- 2+ years of experience in a role developing, implementing, and enforcing complex policy or processes, especially with experience in risk, fraud, audit, consulting, compliance, call center performance, HR, startup operation.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around complex sets of policy requirements and technical deployment details.
- You have excellent written communication skills and comfort with designing and documenting processes.
- You are a supportive collaborator & precise communicator who can balance both complex requirements precise execution expectations with a progress-over-perfection approach to change management & implement.

Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City:
$88,000-$176,000All other locations:
$73,000-$147,000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
