Overview

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Retail Operations team. This role involves developing, owning, and executing strategic projects that improve the quality and drive growth for Angi Services delivered through retail partners.

About the team

The Angi Retail team is at the forefront of delivering high-quality home services such as TV mounting, furniture assembly, and appliance installation for products purchased through our retail partners. Our mission is to ensure that every service provided meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction (“Jobs Done Well”). The Retail Operations & Strategy team plays a crucial role in this mission by supporting and driving service quality improvements and growth initiatives. We work collaboratively across various functions to improve service efficiency, develop innovative solutions, and expand our service offerings. Our team thrives on tackling complex challenges and is dedicated to making home services a seamless and reliable experience for our customers.

What you’ll do

  • Develop, own, and execute strategic projects to improve the quality of service for Angi Services delivered through retail partners.
  • Drive improvements in various operational areas, enhancing customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Execute and develop new initiatives for complex services that require multiple providers to complete a booking.
  • Launch new services profitably and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Execute pilot tests for new services, providing guidance on duration and pricing.
