Operations Manager, Design Quality & Strategy

About the Role
The Quality Manager role will be responsible for ensuring Dandy’s Dental Design process delivers best in class products that meet Dandy’s high quality standards. You’ll be expected to focus on breaking down complex problems, anticipating bottlenecks, and balancing speed vs accuracy while communicating up and down the company. The ideal candidate is intensely curious - not intimidated by big problems and tenacious in their application of operational rigor.
What You'll Do
Project manage new operational initiatives with stakeholders across the design team.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for order processing, design best practices, and quality assurance.
Solve for scale: help build, support, and refine quality operating rhythms across all aspects of design
Assist in troubleshooting operational issues, diagnose root causes, and propose changes to systems and processes.
Leverage disparate data sources to drive strategic decision-making and install feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of extreme ownership, accountability, and high performance to empower the Dandy team.
Support and refine a complex operational system to achieve quality targets and become a strategic partner in planning and building business strategy for the near and long term.
Lead and empower workforce planning teams to be flexible and reliable partners.
Identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions to grow market share.
What We're Looking For
Track record of success in building new operational processes and an ability to work through ambiguity
3+ years experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, or operations roles.
Experience working as part of a high-performing interconnected operations team
Ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple task assignments.
Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling
Strong operational and business acumen
Extremely high level of attention to detail
Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed
