Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to support Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) teams and manage operational activities, particularly focusing on cybersecurity projects, attention to detail, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Cybersecurity Project Management:
- Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements and priorities.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.
- Cyber Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the cybersecurity domain.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
