About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be the organizational backbone ensuring seamless delivery of our AI training programs while orchestrating company-wide operational excellence. Your mission is to build and maintain the infrastructure that allows us to scale from hundreds to thousands of client transformations, while maintaining the exceptional quality our brand promises.

Responsibilities & Success Metrics

1. Program Delivery Infrastructure

  • Own the end-to-end infrastructure for program delivery, from initial client engagement through graduation
  • Build and maintain scalable systems to support onboarding of 200+ businesses simultaneously
  • Ensure all program resources, videos, and materials are properly organized and accessible
  • Create and optimize automated workflows for program delivery

2. Quality Control & Systems Optimization

  • Monitor program delivery metrics and implement systematic improvements
  • Coordinate with Innovation team to implement curriculum updates and new features
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for tracking program effectiveness
  • Build data visualization and reporting systems for leadership decision-making

3. Cross-functional Leadership

  • Serve as the operational bridge between Customer Success, Innovation, and Program Delivery teams
  • Lead daily stand-ups and coordinate cross-team initiatives
  • Manage project timelines and resource allocation across departments
  • Identify operational constraints and develop solutions for scaling

4. AI Implementation & Optimization

  • Oversee implementation of AI tools and automation across program delivery
  • Work with technical teams to architect and improve AI-powered workflows
  • Stay current with AI developments and identify opportunities for implementation
  • Document and share best practices for AI utilization across the organization

5. Team Development

  • Build and manage a team of virtual assistants and support staff
  • Create standard operating procedures and training materials
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or similar role
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing operational systems
  • Strong project management capabilities with emphasis on getting things done
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level)
  • Experience with AI tools and automation platforms
  • Excellence in remote work environments
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills

Preferred

  • Experience with AI implementation in business operations
  • Background in education or training program delivery
  • Expertise in Notion, Airtable, and modern productivity tools
  • Experience managing remote teams in Latin America
  • Background in process documentation and system building
