About the role
As an Operations Analytics Lead on our Operations team, you will be at the forefront of driving data-informed decision-making to support Two Chairs’ mission of expanding access to exceptional mental health care. This role is pivotal in ensuring our business operates efficiently and scales effectively as we grow.
You’ll leverage data analysis and modeling to generate actionable insights, provide strategic recommendations, and improve operational processes across key areas such as clinician staffing, productivity, and client care timelines. Collaborating cross-functionally with teams across Growth, Data Science, Clinical Recruiting, and Clinical Operations, you’ll ensure alignment and drive initiatives that positively impact both clinicians and clients.

Core Areas of Responsibility
Model Building and Analysis
- Develop and refine forecasting models to support scalable growth and sustainable operations.
- Dive into key metrics like clinician utilization and client care timelines to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to guide staffing strategies, resource allocation, and operational priorities.
- Evaluate and recommend countermeasures to ensure business alignment with clinician utilization and client experience goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across Growth, Clinical Recruiting, and Clinical Operations to align strategies and ensure operational success.
- With Data Science, co-create models and algorithms to meet key client and business outcomes
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to influence decision-making across diverse teams.
- Support the implementation of new operational processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Operational Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Manage weekly reporting on key metrics, including clinician hiring targets, utilization rates, and client time-to-care metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service quality.
- Drive strategic operational projects to support scalable and adaptable growth as Two Chairs expands.
Impact and Success Indicators
Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days:
- Familiarize yourself with Two Chairs’ operational processes, data systems, and key metrics.
- Deliver initial analysis on clinician utilization and client care timelines, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners and become a go-to resource for data-driven insights.

We’re Looking for Someone With:
- Exceptional analytical and modeling skills: You excel at analyzing complex data sets and building forecasting models that provide actionable insights, driving organizational success and efficiency. Proficiency in Excel is required, and familiarity with tools like SPSS or Alteryx is a bonus.
- Operational and process improvement expertise: You have a proven ability to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and deliver measurable improvements in operational performance. You thrive in creating scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborative cross-functional mindset: You work effectively with diverse teams, including Growth, Clinical Recruiting, Clinical Operations, and Data Science, to ensure alignment and drive impactful results. Your strong communication skills enable you to translate insights into strategies that resonate across functions.
- Strategic thinking and business intuition: You bring a big-picture perspective, understanding how to leverage data insights to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives. You confidently tackle ambiguous problems and develop creative, pragmatic solutions.
- Dynamic and adaptable approach: You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing long-term strategic projects with day-to-day operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $141,000 - $190,700. The final offer is dependent on the qualifications and experience of the candidate hired. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $141,000 and $165,800.
