THE JOB: Operations Administrator, PHP
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $51,360 - $64,200
Reporting to the Manager, PHP Business Operations, the Operations Administrator, PHP provides project support to the Manager PHP Business Operations, as well as engages in administrative support activities that pertain to the wider PHP team.
The Operations Administrator must be able to navigate through the day to day operational processes of the team and work through daily administrative tasks, such as meetings management, accounts payable work and managing client requests but also be able to take on smaller scale operational projects independently and assist the Manager PHP Business Operations, on larger scale operational projects pertaining to quality control of business processes or process improvements.
The position requires strong organizational and proactive coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The Operations Administrator is expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills as they will communicate with varied stakeholders in an informative or consultative manner. This role requires someone who has outstanding attention to detail, a high-level of confidentiality and possesses a strong business acumen. The documentation maintained by this role supports the PHP team, the PHP managers and our clients.

WHAT YOU BRING
- High school graduation supplemented by post-secondary education such as business and secretarial courses, workshops and seminars as well as one year of related experience; OR an equivalent level or related work experience in lieu of post-secondary education may also be considered.
- Experience in health, nfp, government or business sectors is desirable.
- Excellent writing skills and proven ability to develop clear, concise and comprehensive written communication, including reports and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent judgment in setting priorities, identifying issues and determining action required when working under pressure and deadlines.
- Superior interpersonal, oral communication and relationship management skills.
- Adept at balancing major concurrent tasks and projects, and working with both office and field staff in a coordinated manner.
- Proven ability to respond to a wide variety of issues and deal with unclear situations and conflicting demands, and to seek leadership direction and support with priority setting when needed.
- Excellent computer skills using Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
